USA & CANADA - Returns and Exchanges
Exchanges (USA & Canada)
- Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order.
- You must cover the shipping cost to return the item to us, and we will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you
- Items must be in original condition with all tags and packaging intact - items cannot be washed or damaged in any way.
- Once we receive the item, your exchange will be processed within 5-10 business days
- Note: You must send us back your item(s) within 3-5 business days once your return label has been generated.
- Please note: We cannot guarantee an exchange for an item if that item is part of a limited collection/drop. Because our drops are limited and sell out quickly, some variants may sell out which can prevent us from exchanging that item in another size. If this is the case, we can offer you store credit or an exchange for another item that's in stock.
- ALL ITEMS ON SALE ARE FINAL SALE NO EXCHANGES.
Returns (USA & Canada)
- 0-10 days after receiving your order: Full refund to your original payment method (minus return shipping label cost and 10% processing & restocking fee)
- 10-21 days after receiving your order: Store credit only (minus return shipping label cost and 10% processing & restocking fee)
- 21+ days after receiving your order: No longer eligible for returns
- Note: You must send us back your item(s) within 3-5 business days once your return label has been generated.
- Products must be in unworn, unwashed, undamaged condition, and must have the original tags still attached. No exceptions.
- Track Limits does not cover the shipping cost for items that need to be returned for a refund.
- Once we receive the item, your return will be processed within 5-10 business days

INTERNATIONAL - Returns and Exchanges
Due to extremely high international shipping tariffs, we've implemented a special policy for international customers to make returns and exchanges more convenient and cost-effective for you and us.
Exchanges (International)
- Exchanges must be initiated within 10 days of receiving your order
- $15 flat reshipment fee to cover the cost of shipping your new item internationally
- Once you pay the reshipment fee, your new item will be shipped within 5-7 business days

- Your order number
- The size/item you'd like to exchange for
- Your shipping address (to confirm)
- Please note: We cannot guarantee an exchange for an item if that item is part of a limited collection/drop. Returns (International)
- 0-10 days after receiving your order: 80% refund to your original payment method
- 10-21 days after receiving your order: 80% store credit
- 21+ days after receiving your order: No longer eligible for returns
- The 20% retention helps us cover international shipping costs and processing fees
- Products must be in original condition (photos required for verification)
- Once we verify your return request, it will be processed within 5-7 business days

Order Cancellations
To account for the costs associated with processing and restocking canceled orders at our warehouse, we apply a 10-15% cancellation fee.
Initiating an Return/Exchange
To start the return or exchange process, please contact us at ryan@shoptracklimits.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Reason for your return and photo of the item.
Status of Your Return or Exchange
If you have already initiated a return, exchange, or store credit request through our online process, please allow 5-7 business days for processing. We will email you to confirm the status once the return is processed.
Incorrect Item
If you have received an incorrect item, please contact us at ryan@shoptracklimits.com and include the following information:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Photo of the incorrect item and packing slip. Upon confirming that you received the wrong item, we will create a return label for you, and you will be shipped the correct item within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Item
If you have received a damaged or defective item, please email ryan@shoptracklimits.com and provide the following details:
- Your order number
- Name on the order
- Email used for the order
- Your request (refund or send another product?)
- Photograph clearly showing the quality of the print or the damaged area of the item, taken on a flat surface with the tag and error clearly displayed. We will use this information to assist you with your order and ensure that similar errors are prevented in future printing.
Lost Packages
If more than 7 days have passed and the tracking on your order has not been updated, please email me at ryan@shoptracklimits.com and we will reach out to the courier to try to find your package. If they are unable to locate your package we will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
Shipped to Wrong Address
If the shipping address was input correctly on my end (from what you provided me when placing your order) we will not be responsible for any mistakes you made when providing your shipping address. If we input your address incorrectly (from what you provided me when placing your order) we will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
If we input your address correctly (from what you provided me when placing your order) and you enter your address correctly when placing your order, but the shipping courier sends it to the wrong address, we will send you a complete replacement free of charge, or refund your order, whichever you prefer.
Stolen Packages
If the tracking on your order confirms that it has been delivered, but you have not received the package and are unable to find it, the first step is to wait a bit longer. Sometimes the shipping couriers accidentally mark a package as delivered before they deliver it. If a 7 days have passed since since your order was marked as delivered and you still do not have your package, it will be considered stolen. Unfortunately we are not able to offer any refunds or replacements for stolen packages, so please be mindful and select a safe address for your order to be delivered to.
